If the address entered at checkout is incorrect and the order is delivered to that address, we are unable to issue a refund. However, we can resend your order once the package is returned to us. Please note that reshipping requires an additional 4–8 days for processing, and the delivery time will be the same as your original shipping estimate. We can resend the order only if no chargebacks, disputes, or claims have been submitted for the original purchase.
